Recipe: Infused Water

Staying properly hydrated is one of the most important things that you can do for your body. A good goal to set is to try to drink 50% of your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 130 lbs, then you should be aiming to drink 65oz of water each day. 

This goal isnt always easy to meet.  Making fruit and herb infused water can help keep things interesting and keep you wanting to drink up!


Follow the link for several refreshing recipes including Cucumber and Grapefruit, Pear Spice, and Green Detox.  Or, come up with some great combinations on your own! 


With each batch prepare your fruits and herbs,  and add to jars. Fill the jar with fresh spring water and let sit in your fridge for 1/2 hour to overnight. You can refill the jars using the same contents a few times before they no longer have any flavor or benefits.
